Core Participation Expectations

From day one, residents are encouraged to engage in part-time work, education, or volunteer service to establish routine and rebuild purpose. Weekly house meetings and check-ins create a strong sense of accountability, while participation in recovery fellowship programs such as AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, or SMART Recovery supports your continued healing.

Residents also meet weekly with a sponsor or mentor, complete meeting sheets (for Phases 1 & 2), and maintain a personalized Recovery Plan tailored to their needs and goals. Optional services such as IOP, therapy, or counseling are encouraged. Church attendance and sponsor meetings count toward recovery engagement.

Our recovery housing emphasizes peer connection, responsibility, and real-life progress in a safe, supportive environment.

Purposeful Daily Structure in Recovery

As you reach your recovery goals, we’ll help you plan for long-term success through a Personalized Reintegration Plan. While we recommend a minimum stay of three months, you’ll work with staff to determine the length that best supports your journey.

Here, you’re not just staying sober—you’re learning how to thrive.

Preparing for Life After The Faith House

Growth That’s Recognized

We believe in celebrating your wins. Phase advancements, job milestones, step work, and acts of leadership are recognized weekly. Recovery is a journey of progress—and we make space to honor yours.

  • This phase focuses on stability. You'll attend five recovery meetings per week, begin your Recovery Plan, and secure part-time work or volunteer placement. Curfew is 11 PM daily. Residents not meeting expectations may receive additional support like buddy systems or job search logs to get back on track.

  • As consistency builds, you’ll shift to four weekly meetings and continue deepening your engagement with your sponsor, home group, and the community. Your curfew extends to 12 AM on weekends with prior approval. Active participation and household responsibility are key.

  • Here, you’ll embrace greater independence. Recovery meetings reduce to three per week (no sheets required), and you’ll complete a self-assessment alongside Recovery Plan updates. Residents may take on informal peer mentorship and, with approval, request overnight passes or extended curfews.

Rediscover Meaning, Embrace Wholeness, & Transform

At The Faith House, recovery is more than just abstaining from substances—it’s about rediscovering your purpose, reigniting your passions, and reclaiming your future. Our program is designed to guide you toward balance and personal fulfillment.
